- Consulted 5+ engineering teams on agentic coding with Claude Code and Cursor: automated PR review, parallel dev streams, prototyping, CI conventions, agent rules and TDD practice — raising developer productivity 25% on average.
- Built a full software factory in 30 hours — Claude and Codex agents with self-improving loops, observability, and usage and infrastructure management — taking a prototype from brief to deployed in hours instead of days.
