Delta for Claude Code
Zed's Delta CLI and Claude Code plugin make a Claude Code session shareable. A teammate joins with your conversation and uncommitted worktree as context, in their own Claude session.

Run /delta share in Claude Code to get a link, and your teammate runs /delta join <link> in theirs. The plugin shares the conversation and worktree through DeltaDB, the Delta CLI keeps the files in sync across machines, and each person keeps using their own Claude session with the shared thread as context. That lets you hand over work before it's ready for a PR, with what you've already tried, not just a diff.
It's in beta. Delta is Zed Industries' collaboration product, and this is how people who stay in Claude Code join threads with people using Delta. The plugin is open source (AGPL-3.0) and doubles as the reference for connecting other harnesses; Pi support is next. Announcement.
